We're looking for 40 volunteers this year. Bring a friend, bring your team, bring your kids — every shift matters.

Setup Crew
Sat 1:30–3:30pm
Tents, tables, signage, and staging.
Backpack Distribution
Sat 4–7pm
Match kids with sized packs and supplies.
BBQ & Meals
Sat 4–7pm
Serve plates, refill drinks, keep smiles going.
Greeters & Guides
Sat 4–7pm
First faces families see. All friendly humans welcome.
Kids Zone
Sat 4–7pm
Games, face painting, bounce house wrangling.
Tear-down
Sat 7–8:30pm
Many hands make a quick close-out.
